This transit-oriented student housing project is located near Oakland’s MacArthur Bay Area Rapid Transit Station, which helps provide access to student-based housing and supplies residents with quick and easy access to bright and vibrant downtown Oakland and San Francisco. 44th St. Oakland is also a monumental build for VBC as it was the first project be manufactured in the Tracy California facility.
