Main Street, the building is a short walk from the Los Angeles State Historic Park and dozens of shops, restaurants, and other community amenities.   Communal amenities will include a landscaped roof deck, gym, recreation room, Amazon package room, and business centre.   Parking for 82 vehicles will be located below the building and will include EV charging stations.
