The building style was ideal to fit on a standard sixteen-foot wide infill site in the outer city of Philadelphia, through identifying vacant properties for redevelopment and making them available for sale to low-moderate income home buyers. This development model can be replicated on a larger scale in similar markets globally to combat the affordable housing crisis felt across the world.
