To get started, provide your project details, which includes the size of your project, location, and timeline.

Meet your dedicated project architect and a senior member of our design team. Our team assesses the size of your lot and building specifications to design the best blueprints, efficiently.

Receive a residential floor planning diagram that visualizes how your building’s modular units can be laid out. This visualization strengthens your pro forma and can help you finance your project.

Receive a unit mix table, which outlines the number of units you can expect in more detail, so you can start assigning numbers to your business plan. Through our proprietary efficiency analysis formula, you can further analyze your project’s modular efficiencies.

Receive a preliminary sketch of your building’s floorplan to preview what you can expect from the architecture of your building in relation to its location.

Meet your dedicated project architect to review the floor planning diagram, unit mix table and efficiency analysis, and preliminary setback and zoning analysis.

Should you need revisions following your Project Test Fit, these are available for a fee billed at our standard studio rates.
