Team Structure

Within the project, there will be various teams collaborating to implement the new system. These teams include:

  • Core Functional Teams – Department Leadership and Staff

Tentative Timeline

The ERP Implementation timeline is estimated to be completed in October. Over this time, it will require a full team effort.
