140 multi-family modular units were carefully designed, delivered, and constructed to align with its earlier sister building, in a space surrounded by a historical city center.
Located right on the riverfront, this is the second phase to the Edgewater Multi-Family apartment community in partnership with Alterra Property Group, JKRP Architects, the HOW Group, and FCP.
The continuation of the Edgewater project is adding 140 living units to the market-rate apartment complex and a community rooftop deck, creating a total of 270 rental apartments in addition to 23 townhomes, in just under 13 months.
For us, it’s about speed and consistency.
