SOLO on Chestnut is a luxury apartment building located at 4233 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia's hottest neighborhood, University City.
Completed in 2021, this building features 50+ internal parking spaces, and 8,000 sq ft of retail on the corner of 43rd and Chestnut.
This is the second project in collaboration with Alterra Property Group. The speed and efficiency of modular construction are on full display as this project was completed in just 15 months.
The large rooftop amenity space is a significant feature of the property and became a template for future developments by Alterra Property Group.
