step 1: Project Test Fit
Project Test Fit is a low cost of entry deliverable that allows our customers to evaluate their projects faster, validate assumptions for their pro forma, and move on to feasibility faster. It allows the client to decide whether or not to move forward with the project, and it also allows us to estimate on a conceptual level and deliver a project faster for our client.
step 2: Volumetric Building Simulator
The Volumetric Building Simulator allows our clients to see various units come to life by choosing trim and color options. The client will see the quality of options they choose and be able to visualize their space even before the building is modeled.
step 3: Client Portal
After the client approves their Project Test Fit and are ready to move forward in the process, they will be given access to the client portal and dashboard. This tool will be the primary place for our clients to see the progress of their project.
step 4: Feasibility Study
The Feasibility Study determines the physical viability of a building. Our team will go to the physical site and inspect the surroundings, such as the wires overhead or the width of the street (to see if it can fit a crane). After the feasibility study, the client will really see their project come together.
step 5: Building Model
We craft a digital model of the building in all its complexity before the physical construction ever begins. We have found that by refining how a building is conceived, designed, and engineered, we can have a dramatic, positive effect on the speed and ease of manufacturing and overall construction.
step 6: Virtual Experience
Once the client is satisfied with the volume metric building model, we offer them a virtual tour of their building, utilizing various technologies.
step 7: Alpha Volume
The alpha volume is the first module of a project that is produced. This module is created in the manufacturing facility and is used as a physical representation of how our team will build all future models. The Alpha Volume gives us an opportunity to develop a physical prototype of the project modules, allowing us to perfect our manufacturing processes and our end product.
step 8: Manufacturing
During the manufacturing process, our operations excellence team—which consists of safety, quality and process engineering disciplines—provides our clients with the necessary data to monitor the production process and measure progress with specific metrics and performance indicators.
step 9: VMX Certified Transport
The modules become a building when we move from the manufacturing facility to the site using VMX certified transport.
step 10: VMX Certified Construction
Our expert team constructs the building using expertise from the VMX certified assembly team.
