This modular hotel houses extensive meeting facilities, a rooftop bar, and a mission for sustainability. The 10-story steel-framed modular building uses only LED lights, limits plastic use, and was installed on a steel podium to dramatically reduce construction time. The citizenM team worked only at night to complete this project, as it was built upon Tower Hill right opposite Tower Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Tower of London build not only earned a new construction BREEAM Excellent certification but also an in-use BREEAM Good certification. ##### View more projects...
