Developed with the VBC Giving Foundation, Veteran’s Village is an affordable Multi-Family housing development created to ensure our national heroes have a well-designed and resilient place to live.
A key feature of the design of this build is its greater range of accessibility and mobility options paired with the integrated family-sized living spaces and in-unit amenities.
VBC was also responsible for furnishing all 47 units.
Balancing initial cost and long-term maintenance was a large priority when choosing which materials would be used on both the interior and exterior of the build; VBC was able to accurately predict these costs by using a three-dimensional model for cost analysis.
