84 Workforce Housing Units in Three Different Configurations

Situated at 10 and 12 Perry Lane, Swanzey, New Hampshire, the Swanzey West Apartments offer affordable workforce housing for local residents. 

The development is a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units with a unit break down of:

  • 18, 605 SF, one bed, one bath units
  • 18, 905 SF, two bed, two bath units
  • 6, 915 SF, three bed, two bath units

The completed building came online in November of 2023 and was fully leased within months. 
Avanru Development Group, the owner and developer of this project boasts a 1% occupancy rate across their portfolio and was excited to partner with VBC because of the speed in which modular projects are possible.
