345 Affordable Housing Close to LA State Historic Park
Thrive Living is building a 6-story, 376-unit mixed-use apartment complex north of Downtown Los Angeles, designed as a 100% rent- and income-restricted workforce housing multifamily community.

The mixed-use project will replace a decades-old food processing facility with 376 studio and one-bedroom apartments designed for low-income and middle-income households that will help meet the urgent need for more affordable housing in Los Angeles.

Located at 1457 N. Main Street, the building is a short walk from the Los Angeles State Historic Park and dozens of shops, restaurants, and other community amenities.

Communal amenities will include a landscaped roof deck, gym, recreation room, Amazon package room, and business center.

Parking for 82 vehicles will be located below the building and will include EV charging stations. This project is funded with a construction loan from JPMorgan Chase through its Workforce Housing Solutions Group.
